Personalized dentures made for your needs and comfort. Every set is one of a kind, made to feel good and look natural.
Dentistry is all about smiles, and a confident, healthy, beautiful smile matters just as much when you wear dentures. Our denture services are personalized to your needs and to what feels comfortable for you.
Every patient is unique, so every set of dentures we make is one of a kind: natural-looking replacement teeth that you can take out, made to feel good and look like your own.
Full or partial
Switch between a full and a partial denture, turn the model, or take the denture out to see how it sits on the gums.
For when all of your natural teeth have been removed. A conventional full denture is placed once the gums have healed, which can take several months. An immediate full denture is placed the same day the teeth are removed, and may need frequent adjustments over the first couple of months.
Natural-looking teeth, made for your mouth so they look and feel like your own.
Holds the replacement teeth and rests on your gums. It’s shaped to fit your mouth, so the denture feels comfortable.
Your dentures rest on your gums, so they need care too. Brush them gently every day with a soft-bristled brush.
Full dentures
There are two ways to get a full denture. The difference is when it’s placed.
| Conventional | Immediate | |
|---|---|---|
| Placed | Once your gums heal | The day teeth come out |
| Waiting before it’s placed | Several months | None |
| Teeth while your gums heal | No | Yes |
| Frequent adjustments at first | Not usually | Often |
| Replaces all of your teeth | Yes | Yes |
Dentures aren’t for everyone. We’ll help you find the best course of treatment for your ongoing dental health.
Very caring, very professional. Everything was explained clearly and in detail.
Just like natural teeth, dentures need daily care to stay clean and keep bacteria from growing in your mouth.
When you take your dentures out or put them in, stand over a clean, folded towel or a sink full of water. If they slip, they’re less likely to break.
Dentures collect plaque and tartar too. Brush every surface gently with a soft-bristled brush, taking care not to bend or break the plastic, and rinse them after each meal.
Many toothpastes, household cleaners and mouthwashes are too harsh for dentures. Mild hand or dish soap works well. Look for the Canadian Dental Association (CDA) seal, or ask us what suits yours.
When you’re not wearing them, keep your dentures in water or a denture-cleaning solution, so they don’t dry out, lose their shape or crack. Some dentures need a particular solution; we’ll tell you which.
Even with a full set of dentures, gently brush your gums and tongue every day with a soft-bristled brush.
Visit us every six months, so we can make sure your smile stays healthy for many years to come.
Whether you need a full set or just a few teeth, we’ll make dentures that fit comfortably and look natural, made for you alone.
