Kourtni
Patient Care Specialist
With approximately ten years of experience in dentistry, Kourtni brings a warm, outgoing personality and a genuine love of people to our front desk team. Her journey into dentistry began when a friend recognized her natural people skills and encouraged her to give the field a try. She hasn't looked back since! For Kourtni, the most rewarding part of her role is building meaningful relationships with patients. Whether she's helping navigate insurance questions, welcoming someone to the office, or catching up on stories about their families, she loves making every patient feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. Known for her empathy, positive energy, and endless supply of cheesy jokes, Kourtni enjoys bringing a little laughter to everyone's day, even when she's the only one laughing! Outside the office, Kourtni is an avid reader who loves hiking and spending time with her three children. Always up for an adventure, she's even tried zip-lining and bungee jumping! Above all, Kourtni hopes every patient leaves their interaction with her feeling welcomed, supported, and happy to return.
Amanda
Dental Assistant
With over twenty-two years of experience in dentistry, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and a genuine passion for patient care to our team. Originally drawn to the dental field by her desire to help others, she quickly discovered that the variety and hands-on nature of dental assisting were the perfect fit for her. Amanda particularly enjoys working in prosthodontics, where she plays an important role in helping patients through complex treatments and seeing their incredible transformations. From full-mouth reconstructions to implant restorations, she finds it especially rewarding to see patients regain their confidence and smile with pride. Known for her calm nature, sense of humour, and exceptional organizational skills, Amanda is often the person her teammates turn to for guidance. Whether she's keeping a busy clinical day running smoothly or helping a nervous patient feel comfortable, she brings both professionalism and a reassuring presence to everything she does. Outside the office, Amanda leads an equally busy and adventurous life! She enjoys travelling and exploring new places, spending time at the family cottage, boating, Sea-Dooing, and enjoying just about anything involving water. Life on the family farm keeps her busy too, especially caring for and riding her horses. And when she's not on the farm or at the cottage, you'll likely find her cheering on her children at the hockey rink! Above all, Amanda hopes every patient leaves feeling informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment decisions, knowing they've received compassionate care and a smile they can enjoy for years to come.

With fifteen years of dedication to our practice, Ashley is a familiar and welcoming face to both patients and team members. As Clinical Manager, she takes pride in being someone everyone can count on, ensuring that things run smoothly and that every detail is taken care of. Known for her big heart and perfectionist nature, Ashley brings a wonderful balance of compassion, dedication, and attention to detail to everything she does. What Ashley treasures most are the relationships she has built over the years with her colleagues, doctors, and patients. For her, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing a patient's smile at the end of their treatment, hearing their appreciation, and, of course, receiving the occasional hug! Outside the office, Ashley loves spending time with her husband, daughter, mother, and beloved dog. An outdoor enthusiast with a passion for photography, she enjoys hiking, biking, and soaking up the beauty of nature.
Kelly
Director of Operations
Kelly has spent more than thirty years in dentistry, and few people know the workings of a dental office as well as she does. She began her career as a Level II Certified Dental Assistant, working chairside alongside a range of specialists, before spending six months learning the business side of a practice from a dedicated coach. Since then, she has managed practices of every size, from brand-new offices to well-established clinics with several locations, helping each one run more smoothly and efficiently. Along the way, she discovered her real passion: training dental administrators. Kelly has mentored countless front-desk professionals, from people taking their first step into dentistry to seasoned team members looking to sharpen their skills. For Kelly, the front desk is where every patient’s experience begins. She believes a great administrator does more than book appointments: they understand the value of good dental care and share the practice’s philosophy with everyone who calls or walks through the door. It’s an approach that helps every visit start off on the right foot.
Nia
Patient Care Specialist
With nearly ten years of experience in dentistry, Nia's journey began with a summer job as a dental assistant in her home country of the Bahamas. What started as a summer opportunity quickly developed into a genuine passion for dentistry and helping others. Over the past two years at Capital Prosthodontics, Mia has embraced a variety of roles, including chairside assisting, laboratory support, treatment coordination, and patient administration. Her willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges has helped her grow both personally and professionally. Driven by her passion for patient care, Mia recently completed dental hygiene school and successfully passed her national board examination. She is excited to begin this next chapter as a dental hygienist at Rhythm Dental, surrounded by the familiar faces of a team she loves. For Nia, dentistry is about much more than oral health. She believes in building genuine relationships, easing dental anxiety, and helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Patient education is especially important to her, and she takes pride in empowering others to make informed decisions about their oral health. Known for her calm, positive personality and welcoming smile, Nia brings compassion, enthusiasm, and a love of learning to everything she does. Outside the office, Nia enjoys long walks, exploring new sports, pottery, and treating herself to a relaxing monthly massage! Above all, Nia hopes every patient leaves her chair feeling genuinely cared for, comfortable, and confident that their well-being has always come first.
